Tell me how to hang a mirror
To hang a mirror, you first need to try and find a stud in the wall you can nail in to. A stud is basically a cross beam in the wall used for support and to attach drywall. Drywall alone often can't support the weight of a mirror. So, find a wall stud. An easy way to do this is to purchase a stud finder at your local hardware store. If you can't find a wall stud anywhere close to where you want to hang your mirror, purchase drywall anchor bolts or screws that can handle up to 20 lbs. Once your placement is situated, measure the space you have, center your mirror on the wall, and then nail/screw in your mount.

Can I frame my own mirror?
Yes. Many people build their own frames for their mirrors. Buying an unframed mirror allows you to custom make a frame to your liking. However, it does require some carpentry expertise. Home stores do sell separate frames for mirrors which also allow you to customize your mirror without busting out the saw and hammer.
What's the best way to clean a mirror?
Glass cleaner is the best way to keep a mirror clean. If it's an ornate mirror with an intricate frame, you also want to dust and clean the frame with a separate cleaner. If the frame is wood, use wood polish. If you want to reduce streaks in your mirrors from cleaning, try water and vinegar, the same home remedy for cleaning windows.
